This is the Wizard Myrddin, an original character by me. You can guess who he's based off of, Merlin from Arthurian legends. It is said that Merlin was Welsh and Myrddin is how Merlin is spelled in Welsh. I didn't notice until I had already written the chapter where he made his debut, that he looks a lot like Harry Potter. Ignore that, he's nothing like him. I've started writing some of the story where he is a side character.

About the character: Myrddin has been around since the birth of his world, but he looks like a small child, a boy of 8 or 9. He is a very powerful wizard, even though he uses a cutesy little wand for his magic. When Leon's(the main character)parents died, he raised him like a son, though now Leon is 20 and Myrddin still appears to be 9. He raised Leon with the help of the boy's nurse Nana, a middle aged woman who is very close to Myrddin. Myrddin is also the only person who knows Leon's secret, a fact that he explores gleefully. Myrddin is from álfar, the land of the fair folkes.
